Tomasz Dudek

Lawyer, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration (M. A., University of Warsaw) and Institute of International Relations (M. A., University of Warsaw).

Previously worked with the Office of the Human Rights Defender, Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights and Campaign Against Homophobia.

He was awarded the Sokrates-Erasmus scholarship in the Netherlands (Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam) and three times the Minister of Science and Higher Education’s scholarship.

The winner of the 4th edition of the nationwide competition for a master's thesis on human rights for his work regarding methods of interpretation of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms on the example of cases dealing with discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity

He is interested in antidiscrimination law, the impact of the case law of international courts on the national legal systems and emancipatory movements.

He collaborates with INPRIS within the project on the functioning of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU.
