Article by Łukasz Bojarski in the Publication for 25th Anniversary of the Constitutional Court

The Polish Constitutional Tribunal has published a new book celebrating 25 years of its operation: "25 Years of the Constitutional Tribunal. Evolution of Functions and Objectives – Assumptions and Their Practical Implementation" (in Polish). The book includes an article by Łukasz Bojarski: "Civic Monitoring of Appointment Procedure of the Constitutional Court Justices – a New Initiative of Civil Society".
