Łukasz Bojarski and Grzegorz Wiaderek participated in the second expert seminar "Legal aid system" in the Polish President's Chancellery

18 September 2012. The second expert seminar "Legal aid system" was held in the Presidential Palace. It was organized by the Polish President’s Chancellery within the „Public Debate Forum".

Grzegorz Wiaderek (the President of INPRIS) moderated the meeting. Łukasz Bojarski (member of the INPRIS Management Board) made one of the introductory presentations. The presentation concerned the draft law proposals and draft normative acts regulating the legal aid in the years 2005 - 2007.

Łukasz Bojarski and Grzegorz Wiaderek are members of the team consisted of three people (led by Jacek Czaja, the judge of the Supreme Administrative Court). The task of the team is to help the President’s Chancellery in developing proposals of the solutions concerning access to legal aid.
