What's Going on at INPRIS?

President of Poland appointed Lukasz Bojarski do the National Judicial Council

21 September 2010. President of Poland, Bronislaw Komorowski appointed Lukasz Bojarski, member of the INPRIS Board of Management, to the National Council of the Judiciary of Poland.  

The Council is a constitutional organ safeguarding independence of courts and judges in Poland. It consists of 25 members, among them: the First President of the Supreme Court, President of the Chief Administrative Court, one person appointed by the President of the Republic of Poland, Minister of Justice, four members of the Lower House Parliament (Sejm), two senators, ten judges of common courts.

One of the tasks of the Council is considering and evaluating candidates for holding judicial posts and presenting to the President of the Republic of Poland applications for appointment of judges of the Supreme Court, Chief Administrative Court, common courts, provincial administrative courts and military courts.
