INPRIS is a legal think tank

Cooperation or clash in defense of the rule of law. Legal Think Tanks and Governments

INPRIS has published Country Reports and Comparative Report as part of the project dedicated to the cooperation of Legal Think Tanks and Governments

At the end of a joint project of legal think-tanks from 6 countries (Czechia, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine) we publish country reports describing the situation in these six countries and a comparative report. All publications are available in English.

The comparative report is a development of previously published Analyzes and Recommendations. The report presents information on the cooperation of legal think tanks (and civic organizations specializing in legal matters) in 6 countries, conclusions from research, recommendations for civic organizations (including legal think tanks), for governments and for donors. We also share good practices identified during the project in various areas of the organizations' activities, such as the legislative process, the judiciary, access to justice, legal professions, legal education, legal language, human rights, non-discrimination etc.

In country reports (available only in electronic version) one will find much more detailed information about experiences in individual countries.

The comparative report is also available in printed version (for those interested please inform us at inpris at inpris.pl).
