Game designer

Jagoda Gandziarowska-Ziołecka is a organizational sociologist. She is a member, and the co-founder of PGS – Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych, an award-winning group specialized in designing and managing educational games.

Jagoda Gandziarowska-Ziołecka is an expert in application of simulation games for team-building, communication, enhancement of trust. She co-authored training curricula for the Nordea Bank, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, UNDP.

She is a member of the Executive Board of the International Simulation and Gaming Association (ISAGA) and member of the organizational committee of the 44th international ISAGA Conference to be held in Warsaw in 2011.

Jagoda Gandziarowska-Ziołecka is associated with the Warsaw University and the Kozminski University in Warsaw. She published scientific articles on games in education, training and recruitment.
