9 November 2010. Brussels. Łukasz Bojarski took part in the annual meeting of the European Network of Legal Experts in the Non-discrimination Field. Łukasz is the Polish expert on the Network since 2008.

The Polish Constitutional Tribunal has published a new book celebrating 25 years of its operation: "25 Years of the Constitutional Tribunal. Evolution of Functions and Objectives – Assumptions and Their Practical Implementation" (in Polish). The book includes an article by Łukasz Bojarski: "Civic Monitoring of Appointment Procedure of the Constitutional Court Justices – a New Initiative of Civil Society". 14 October 2010. Łukasz Bojarski, member of the National Council of the Judiciary appointed by the President of Poland, took part in the ceremony of appointment of the First President of the Supreme Court, Justice Stanisław Dąbrowski. Read more at the website of the Chancellery of the President.
The Institute of Legal Ethics has published a book "Ethical education of lawyers – objectives and methods". The publication includes an article written by Łukasz Bojarski: "Legal Ethics Clinic – Proposal". In the article, Łukasz Bojarski formulates alternative solutions – from just using clinical methods in teaching ethics, to creating in Poland a new kind of clinic – specialising in the issues of legal ethics and professional responsibility of lawyers.
21 September 2010. President of Poland, Bronislaw Komorowski appointed Lukasz Bojarski, member of the INPRIS Board of Management, to the National Council of the Judiciary of Poland.

In August 2010, INPRIS - Institute for Law and Society is providing assistance to the Center for Interreligious Understanding (CIU) and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung in their project of organizing a study tour with high ranking American Muslim leaders from the United States to Auschwitz and Birkenau.

19 March 2010. A coalition of non-governmental organizations monitored the election process for a justice of the Polish Constitutional Court. The civic monitoring led to withdrawal of the candidate initially thought to have the support of the parliamentary majority. The involvement of the press and the NGOs proved necessary for the official, parliamentary vetting process to work.
