INPRIS Water Project: on the Way to Purchase an Aircraft
March 9, 2011, we are taking part in second game (Strike Fighter) prepared by Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych. The task is to negotiate a sales contract for an army aircraft. The aim of the game is to show how a team can effectively prepare for negotiations, how to organize negotiations bearing in mind objectives, how to craft an argument in order to convince the other party, and finally how to negotiate respecting both short and long term goals.
Strike Fighter, the game designed by Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych, won first prize during the North American Simulation and Games Association conference in October, 2009.
The game was conducted by Witold Rychłowski, PGS negotiator.
