Grzegorz Wiaderek
President of the Board and Co-founder of INPRIS, lawyer.
He worked before at the Stefan Batory Foundation (Fundacja Stefana Batorego) (1999-2011).
He was the Chairman of the Experts Council for the Citizen and the Law Program (Obywatel i Prawo) at the Institute of Public Affairs (Instytut Spraw Publicznych) and the Polish-American Freedom Foundation from its founding.
From 1995 to 1998, he worked at the Polish Bank Guarantee Fund (BFG).
He has experience in managing projects and programs of a large financial scale.
He has authored numerous publications on private and banking law, law related to NGOs and issues related to subsidies from the EU.
For many years, he worked as the coordinator of the Stefan Batory Foundation’s legal program, wherein he supervised grant programs and coordinated numerous other projects (such as “Journalist in court”, which monitors the selection of judges to the Constitutional Court).
He is an expert on other grant mechanisms (FIO, Norwegian funds).
He is on the Ministry of Regional Development’s list of experts concerning evaluation of grant applications submitted under the Human Capital Operational Programme (POKL) (Priorities V, VI and VII).
For several years, he has been taking an active part in consultations at the Ministry of Justice over subsequent legislative proposals relating to legal advice.
He was a member of the Steering Committee for Structural Funds in the Ministry of Justice and the National Committee at the Ministry of National Education during the European Year of Citizenship Education.
He also has considerable training and research – as both expert and evaluator - experience. He collaborated, among others, with the Non-governmental Evaluation Agency, PSDB Ltd., Case -advisers Ltd.
