Michał Araszkiewicz

Doctor of laws, adjunct lecturer in Department of Legal Theory at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University.

He specializes in legal theory and philosophy, with emphasis on theories of legal argumentation, application of artificial intelligence tools to law and in economic analysis of law.

Member of Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Faculty of Law and Administration. He participated as a speaker in more than thirty national and international conferences. Author of numerous papers published in Polish and in English.

In INPRIS he is an in the field of law economics in the systemic project: “Developing comprehensive and sustainable support mechanisms for legal advice and civil society in Poland”.
