18 September 2012. The second expert seminar "Legal aid system" was held in the Presidential Palace. It was organized by the Polish President’s Chancellery within the „Public Debate Forum".

The book "Judicial Independence in Transition" is on the market

10 August 2012. In the Springer publication „Judicial Independence in Transition" there can be found a chapter dedicated to judicial independence in Poland. The chapter was written by Łukasz Bojarski and Adam Bodnar (pages 667-738).

Recruitment for the position of the expert on foreign legal aid delivery systems

10 August 2012. INPRIS – Institute for Law and Society (inpris.pl) is looking for three foreign experts to play the role of the expert regarding foreign legal aid delivery systems.

INPRIS publications on legal education

Poland: A Flawed Democracy - According to the Economist Intelligence Unit

7 July 2012. The other day I asked an American colleague about the results for Poland in an international survey of constitutional law. It turns out, the survey doesn’t look at Poland. Reason: Poland is not on the list of “Full Democracies” in the Democracy Index 2011 published by the Economist Intelligence Unit.
