The meeting in the Ministry of Justice – the beginning of the work on the strategy „Justice 2020”

26 September 2012. The meeting chaired by the Minister of Justice Jarosław Gowin was attended by the representatives of: the judicial and prosecutorial professions, legal councils, NGOs and universities.

INPRIS was represented by Łukasz Bojarski (member of the INPRIS Management Board) and Grzegorz Wiaderek (the President of INPRIS). The experts from INPRIS pointed out that there is the need to: specify the procedure of the work on the strategy, setting accurate strategic objectives and the use of the existing achievements of the institutions working on the justice system’s reform. They also emphasized the need to include to the discussion on the strategy the problem of communication between Justice and citizens, as well as relations between the judiciary, legislature and executive power.
