Dr. Adish C. Aggarwala is the President of International Council of Jurists. Aggarwala is the Senior Additional Advocate General of Haryana and Additional Advocate General of Punjab. He serves as Senior Central Government Counsel in the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court. Aggarwala is also the Chairman of All India Bar Association, convener of Indian Council of Jurists, Chairman of India Legal Information Institute and Secretary General of All India Senior Advocates Association. The discussion will be moderated by Mikolaj Pietrzak, Esq. of Pietrzak & Sidor, an attorney involved in numerous instances of high profile human rights litigation before Polish courts and the European Court of Human Rights.
